Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay for a plan?

Choose a plan, then scan our merchant QR code with eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay or your bank app (or transfer to our bank account). Write your reference code in the remarks, then upload a screenshot of the payment.

How long does verification take?

Our team checks every payment against the merchant statement, usually within 24 hours. You keep using your free plan meanwhile.

What happens when my plan ends?

You get reminders 7, 3 and 1 days before, then 3 days of grace with everything still working. After that your listings above the free limit are paused, never deleted, and come back when you renew.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Upgrades start as soon as your payment is approved, and unused days of your current plan become extra days on the new one. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you paid for.

Is the membership badge the same as verification?

No. Silver and Gold chips show your plan. The blue “Verified Business” tick is given only after our team checks your business documents.
